Villa Village sits alone in the green folds of Tinjan, in the inland of Istria. There are no neighbours in sight — only the slow rhythm of the Istrian countryside, the scent of pine and rosemary, and a horizon that never hurries.

The estate spans 5,640 m² of fully enclosed gardens, with a 360 m² stone-and-glass house at its centre. We built it for guests who arrive looking for one thing: time that belongs to them.
